You deserve to have designs that are beautiful, unique and tailored to you. If you are looking to make a statement with your bridal henna- you've found the right place. With our Extended Bridal Package, we create custom designs taking your requests to heart and making your henna dreams a reality. Included in your package is stunning and unique designs on both hands to the elbow and both feet to mid-calf. We will go over details on how to best look after your new body art during your application. You will also be provided with a bridal aftercare bag with the aftercare information all written down for you to reference at your leisure, aftercare products to help you achieve the best results for longer, as well as a few handy items and gifts for you to enjoy. We always recommend booking a consultation before your bridal package to talk about your visions and personalisations that you would like, and ensure that we are a good fit for each other (no one wants to feel uncomfortable or awkward during what should be a relaxing and exciting experience). For your convenience, consultations can be done either at my studio, or through a zoom call. In person consultations also include a small sample henna design so that you can see the quality of both the artwork and of the stain results. So once you've booked, you can relax knowing you have found the right artist for you. All designs are unique to each bride, incorporating your individual style, themes and elements into stunning artwork to celebrate you on your big day. Bridal packages are located at my home studio in Willand and are best booked 2 days before your wedding (eg; if your wedding is on Saturday, it is best to book for Thursday). This is so the stain can develop fully and be at its peak for your big day, as natural henna stains start off orange and take 48 hours to fully develop into a rich brown. You will receive a bridal aftercare bag with all the information and products you need to easily get the best results. Up to 3 customisations can be requested then Shelby will come up with the rest. Eg; if you would like peacocks, elephants and gridwork in your patterns, then you can request these so your artist can create a beautiful and unique design incorporating your elements into the artwork and will use her artistic skills to bring everything together into your finished artwork.

Cancellation Policy

Tardiness | Clients should be prompt in arriving at the scheduled time. Clients who arrive late or are unable to begin on time will not be guaranteed full service, and the client will remain responsible for all fees as outlined in this agreement. If you are running behind, please let us know as soon as possible by sending a Text or whatsapp message to 07845903772, or sending an email to hello@thehennapeacock.com . We do not offer customer service for appointments via phone call. Arrivals over ten minutes late without any communication will be determined to be no shows. While we are happy to accommodate late arrivals when scheduling allows for it, please note that you are only be entitled to the time allocated at the time of booking. No refund will be given for cancellations or no-shows. ​ Reschedules | We understand that things may come up, and will allow for any individual session to be rescheduled a single time without requiring a new booking. If you find that you must reschedule your appointment for any reason, it is requested that it be made known as soon as possible as the time may be made available for other clients. We appreciate your cooperation. Rescheduled sessions must be within 90 calendar days of the initial booking. Cancellations | All cancellation requests must be received by 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled prior to this time will not be charged any further fees or costs, and any payment received in excess of the booking fee will booking fee will be returned. Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded at all.
