We recommend booking a consultation before booking your bridal package. This is so we can go over all the details of your design, and get to know each other a bit to ensure that we would be a good fit for each other. After all, noone wants to feel uncomfortable when receiving fun and celebratory bridal services. During your consultation you will receive a small sample design so that you can see the quality of the art and of the stain. We go over details of what you are after and the best package for you, what is included, any customisations you would like, and aftercare information, so you’ll know in advance what to do to get the best results for your big day. As with all our henna sessions, fresh paste is mixed for each appointment (we use our standard paste for consultations with just lavender essential oil). For our bridal applications, we have a special luxury henna paste blend- to make you feel pampered and special. We use henna leaf powder, lavender and rose essential oils, floral waters, sugar, and water. For our packages, you can have up yo 3 customisations in your design and the rest is up to your artist. This means any elements or themes you are after, for example; elements like peacocks, solid tips, paisleys, florals, grids, etc or a particular style like Fesi (moroccan),Arabic, or South Indian, or any other requests you may have. These customisations will help us make designs tailored perfectly to you for your bridal designs. With our bridal packages, you will receive a goodie bag full of aftercare products and information for you to use and refer back to so you can make the most of your design, as well as a couple of treats for you to enjoy. To go ahead and book your bridal application afterwards, simply select which package you are after, select the date and time, and pay. Once payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of time, location, date, etc. Then you simply need to relax and show up for your adornment. It's recommended you get a friend or loved one to drop you off and pick you up again for your brida application, or they are welcome to stay while you are being adorned. You may also bring a bottle of wine or bubbly to celebrate and relax, or you are welcome to a selection of tea or squash.
Tardiness | Clients should be prompt in arriving at the scheduled time. Clients who arrive late or are unable to begin on time will not be guaranteed full service, and the client will remain responsible for all fees as outlined in this agreement. If you are running behind, please let us know as soon as possible by sending a Text or whatsapp message to 07845903772, or sending an email to email@example.com . We do not offer customer service for appointments via phone call. Arrivals over ten minutes late without any communication will be determined to be no shows. While we are happy to accommodate late arrivals when scheduling allows for it, please note that you are only be entitled to the time allocated at the time of booking. No refund will be given for cancellations or no-shows. Reschedules | We understand that things may come up, and will allow for any individual session to be rescheduled a single time without requiring a new booking. If you find that you must reschedule your appointment for any reason, it is requested that it be made known as soon as possible as the time may be made available for other clients. We appreciate your cooperation. Rescheduled sessions must be within 90 calendar days of the initial booking. Cancellations | All cancellation requests must be received by 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled prior to this time will not be charged any further fees or costs, and any payment received in excess of the booking fee will booking fee will be returned. Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded at all.
